Argentina has an increasingly important production of colour beans. OLEGA process these beans with the latest technology, something not very common in the processing of these types of beans, which was historically made in an informal way. The Company has a new processing line for colour beans, with a capacity of 60 tonnes per day, with very similar characteristics to the alubia processing line.
