1. Receiving and Storage of Raw Material

A) Sampling, Quality and Segregation of Raw Material.
Once the raw material is received, samples are taken and the laboratory performs a chemical (aflatoxine) and a physical analysis. After the laboratory analyses are approved, we proceed to unload the goods.

B) Pre-cleaning of Raw Material.
Peanuts undergo an initial pre-cleaning, separating all kinds of foreign materials and all kind of impurities.

C) Drying of Raw Material.
In the case that peanuts contain more than about 10% of humidity, peanuts are dry through a static drying process formed by drying coaches and hanging swing dryers.

D) Storage of Raw Material.
After the peanuts finished the pre-cleaning and drying process (if necessary), it is stored in cells until it is processed. The cells are sealed and count with a ventilation system to prevent condensation and preserve the quality of peanuts.

2. Main Process

A) Pre-cleaning.
Peanuts undergo another pre-cleaning process, separating again all kind of foreign materials and impurities.

B) Shelling.
The raw materials from the pre-cleaning enter the shelling system, using 6 different stages of hulling. The shell that comes out from this stage is removed from the process.

C) Vibrate.
All kernels from the shelled process are subjected to the separation process of impurities, through gravities tables that separate the light foreign bodies and the damaged kernels.

D) Electronic Selection .
Dichromatic photo-electronic machines separate kernels which present some type of damage, foreign body or another colour that differs from the standard colour of HPS peanuts.

E) Final Inspection.
Peanuts from the electronic selection enter a final inspection by human factor specialists.

F) Size Classification.
Selected peanuts enter the size selection process, which is done by flat screens, according to standards established in the amount per kernels in an ounce.

G) Detection and Rejection of Metals.
Peanuts go through a metal detector that performs the separation of metal, removing them to a rejected flow.

H) Packaging of Final Product.
The big bag packaging process is made in the production line by direct filling of gravity action. It can also be packaged in 25Kg. or 50Kg. bags.

3. Conservation and Delivery of Finished Product

A) Cold Storage of Finished Product.
The product parcels that were formed during the identification and packaging stages are stored in a tempered warehouse at about 10°C +/-5°C and relative humidity of about 60% +/-10%.

B) Loading and Delivery of Goods for Blanching Process or directly to the Consolidation Process.
We proceed to load truck with destiny to the blanching and consolidation facilities, in Florencio Varela, Province of Buenos Aires.
